Ideas Suggestions Comments Complaints Policy

Everyone has their own idea of how The Sunflower Newspaper & Radio Group should be run, the songs we should be playing, the way our logo should look and how we should conduct we way we operate. The problem we found is that people have been telling us these ideas in the street, when we're at events, even whilst driving the radio car and waiting at traffic lights. So to stop the nonsense and get down to the root of your thoughts, we've devised a form which has now become strict policy to ensure we monitor the needs of the community in the most effective way possible. The Sunflower Newspaper & Radio Group is always open to ideas, suggestion, comments and constructive complaints to help us build a better radio station for the future.

By completing this form, the The Sunflower Radio Associations Committee Officers can discuss your comments properly and if we believe that your comments should form part of our policy making process via the unanimous decision of our officers, we will ensure that such motions happen. This is now our official procedure for accepting any ideas, suggestions, comments and complaints. This helps you to get your thoughts heard and helps us to approach such comments in a well managed and appropriate way which in turn helps the community. Please note that application forms must be completed in full and anonymous application submission forms will not be processed.
